What are Ivy Villas Membership Points?

When you buy a Ivy Villas Membership plan, you actually buy points. Different plans give you different numbers of points. Once you purchase the membership plan, the equivalent number of points are credited to your account every year for the next 25 years.

Let us say you have purchased a plan that entitles you to 3000 points every year. Every year, you will get 3000 points at your disposal. You can use these to take holidays with different combinations of villas, hotels and apartment type. Each villa, hotels are equivalent to a specific value of points per night. You can also accumulate, advance or split points to suit your holiday needs.

How does Ivy Villa Membership works?

How do I use my Ivy Villas Membership Points?

You can exchange your points for a stay at any Ivy Villas or our affiliated hotels / Resort of your choice for any duration you like.

Here is how it works:

Let us say you have purchased a plan that entitles you to 3,000 points. For example you want to go on a holiday for 2 nights in one of our 2 Bhk House in Lonavala during weekdays which cost around 200 points per night so you will for this booking would burn 400 points.

Alternatively, let us say you want to take a quick weekend break with just your partner and want a studio room during the lean season. This would use only say 100 points/night. So, for two nights you burn 200 of your 3,000 points.

Or maybe you want to holiday with the kids and extended family during summer break and need a 3 Bhk villa instead of a one bedroom. No worries! A Three bedroom with private Pool during peak season (weekdays) burns 600 points/night. This means that you can get up to Five nights by using all your 3,000 points.

Every year, you have complete freedom to use your annual points in any manner that suits you and your family. Whether you take multiple short breaks of even 1 day or want one long holiday in a year, you can choose any season and type of accommodation you like.

How is the Ivy Villas Membership Points different from others?

Conventional timeshare models bind you to a fixed season, apartment type and sometimes a location. Ivy Villas Membership points system, on the other hand, allows you the flexibility to design your itinerary. We do not have any blackout dates. You can accumulate points up to 5 years if you didn’t travel due to some reasons. You can choose where and when you want to go and also, how much time you want to spend there and in what kind of accommodation you want to stay in.

How many Ivy Villas Membership Points who we need for a room or a villa?

In off season studio rooms in certain locations are around 80 points a night. If you are looking for 3 bhk with private pool in Lonavala can cost just 500 points to 1200 points depending if its a weekday or weekend.

Our affiliated hotels starts from 300 points to 2000 points depending on the season and room type.

What types of accommodations Ivy Villas offer?

At most of our Houses / Villas / Bungalows / Studio rooms of Ivy Villas, you get to choose from many types of accommodation according to your holiday needs.

Studio Room: Apartment-type room equipped with Queen Bed with modern amenities. Up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

One Bedroom House / Villa: Living room with double sofa and kitchenette plus one bedroom, equipped with modern amenities. Up to 4 adults or a couple with 2 Kids.

Two Bedroom House / Villa: Living room with double sofa and kitchenette plus two bedrooms, equipped with modern amenities. Up to 4 adults.

Three or Four Bedroom House / Villa: Living room with double sofa and kitchenette plus three or four bedrooms, equipped with modern amenities. Up to 6 adults.

Affiliated Hotel / Resorts have basic hotel rooms with modern amenities. For 2 adults and kids below 5 years.

Note: Children above 12 are considered adults. Two children below 12 are considered as one adult.

We provide extra mattresses or Beds to accommodate the maximum number of people as seen in the table above.

Do I need to buy the Ivy Villas Membership at one go?

Yes, you have to purchase them at one go. We have several convenient payment options, so you never have to compromise on a family holiday ever again. You can also upgrade as your family expands or your holiday needs increase.

Ivy Villa Membership - Things you want to know

Do I have to pay any Annual Subscription fees like other timeshares?

No. You pay only when you stay with us.

For every night stay which you get book via points there is a nominal maintenance charge that you pay for every booking. This fee goes towards the maintenance and upkeep of the villas, houses, studio rooms for refurbishment, and upgrading of the facilities. The Maintenance charge helps us give you access to the best facilities and amenities and ultimately ensures a great holiday experience.

What if I don’t take a holiday in a year, or if I want to take a longer holiday?

Our Membership offers you the flexibility to holiday as much or as little as you want. Here’s how it works:

Carry Forward: In case you are not able to take a holiday during a particular year, the unutilized points of that year will be added to your next year’s entitlement. Points can be accumulated up to a maximum of 5 years. Beyond this, excess points will lapse. As a good practice, we encourage you to plan your holidays with us well in advance to ensure that none of your points expire.
PreUse Points: In case you would like to utilize more points in a particular year, you can use some of 25% of your next year’s entitlement of points in the current year.
Split: You can split your points and take multiple holidays within the same year. You can book a minimum of 1 night in any Season. No Restrictions of minimum nights. Enjoy your Ivy Villas Membership, just the way you want

How do I pay for a Ivy Villas Membership?

We offer EMI as well as one-time payment options. You can pay using cheques, drafts and credit cards.

Where can I use my Ivy Villas Membership points?

The Ivy Villas Membership points can be used at all of our Ivy Villas. You can also use the points to book a holiday and exchange it for our affiliated hotels and resorts in all major cities of India (The list is updated from time to time)

Can I gift a holiday to friends and family?

Yes, you can authorize any adult (friends or family) to use your holiday entitlement by notifying the company at the time of reservation and paying the appropriate maintenance fees.

Can I transfer my Membership to friends and family?

Yes, you can transfer the Membership and even bequeath it by informing the company and paying the appropriate transfer fee. Transfer of membership is possible only after the payment for the membership has been fully completed.
