What is the check in and check out timings ?

Check in timing - 2 PM onwards and Check out - Sharp 11 AM.

Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.

What is your Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy ?

Our standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am.We'd be happy to offer you a complimentary early check-in by 1 pm, provided there's no booking at the villa for the previous night. Please confirm with us a day prior to the check-in. It is at the discretion of Ivy Villas, whether to offer early check-in or late check-out on chargeable basis.

What are the Food arrangement and details about Kitchen ?

We have a kitchen which has gas, a microwave and fridge.

You can cook in the kitchen as per your convenience. We also have crockery and cutlery.

There are restaurants in the area and some of these deliver food at the villa.

You can also try Zomato and Swiggy for food delivery.

Do you have a package with all meals ?

Meals are available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 (Veg or Non-Veg) per person, per day. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time.

How far it is from the Main Lonavala Railway station and Market ?

Ivy Orchids Villa - Lonavala is around 3 kms away from the Main Lonavala Railway Station and Main market. The Landmark is Hirai Gardens. There are many Grocery and Kirana shops from the cottage which are just 100 meters away.

Direction details from Mumbai to Ivy Orchids Villa, Lonavala (By Car) ?

If you heading via Car take the Mumbai Pune Expressway. Kindly Pass Khandala and then Lonavala Exit on Mumbai Pune Expressway. Kindly be on Mumbai Pune Expressway after Lonavala Exit. Once you cross Lonavala Exit go ahead for 2.5 kms on Mumbai Pune Expressway where you will see O & M exit (You will be able to see Singhad University on the right). The O & M exit is on sharp left so drive slowly. One you take an exit take a U Turn towards Kushgaon on the narrow road. You will then pass OYO Casa Fedora hotel on your left. Take Right when the road ends. When you take right you will see a Ganesh Fruit Stall a bit ahead. Take the small cemented road next to the stall which will lead you to Ivy Orchids Villa.

Direction details from Pune to Ivy Orchids Villa, Lonavala via Car?

If you heading by Car take the Mumbai Pune Expressway. Kindly reach Express Way Start at Pune. Now the destination is just 42 kms away. Kindly take the Singhad University exit which is on sharp left which is 3 kms before Lonavala Exit. Turn left at Way To (Pass by Lohagad Fort Shortcut Route) (on the left). You will then ride below the Mumbai Express way and then head to a narrow road. You will then pass OYO Casa Fedora hotel on your left. Take Right when the road ends. When you take right you will see a Ganesh Fruit Stall a bit ahead. Take the small cemented road next to the stall which will lead you to Ivy Orchids Villa.

Reservation Policy

Check-In time is 2 pm and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
Security deposit (Cash only)- 2000/- for families and 5000/- for stags with one Original ID at check in (Security deposit will be refunded at check out after inspection of the entire villa)
If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. early Check in and Check out can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and would be chargeable by us directly.
Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
All rates are subject to additional 12% GST.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours before check in date will be free minus payment processing charges.
No shows and cancellations made 0 to 72 hours in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 10% of the Entire booking amount or Rs. 750 (Whichever is higher) as payment processing charges.
Any refund will take at least 1 to 7 days to process.
