• Security Deposit (Cash Only):
   
  • ₹2,000 for families
     
  • ₹5,000 for stags
     
  • One original government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
     
  • The deposit will be refunded at check-out after inspection of the villa.
     
• Changes & Cancellations:
   
  • Cancellations or alterations are accepted, but we require at least 7 days’ prior notice.
     
  • Please refer to our Cancellation/Amendment Policy for full details.
     
• ID Requirement:
   
  • All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID and address proof for check-in.
     
• Reservation Integrity:
   
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of fraud, inappropriate activity, or clear errors in the reservation details.
     
• Taxes:
   
  • All rates are subject to 12% or 18% GST, as applicable based on the booking amount.
     

• Free Cancellation:
  Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund minus payment processing charges.
   
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
  Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
   
• Amendments:
  All date or booking amendments will be treated as cancellations and rebookings, and the same policy will apply.
   
• Refund Deductions:
  In case of a full refund, a deduction of 10% or ₹1000 (whichever is higher) will be made as payment processing charges.
   
• Refund Timeline:
  Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 1 to 7 working days.
