Terms & Conditions
- Any damage caused by guests staying at any Ivy Property, which is deemed to be over and above acceptable wear and tear, is chargeable to the guest. The agreed amount to charge is based on replacement value of each item. Guest damage charges are payable to Ivy Villas representative prior to the checkout date.
- Any valuables left at the property are left at one's own risk. Neither 'Ivy Villas ' nor the staffs are responsible for their loss or damage. Please make sure that no valuables are lying around.
- Ivy Villas is not responsible or liable for any personal injury of accompanying children whatsoever. Electrical sockets which don't have child protection, etc. Adults guests are fully responsible for the safety of their children.
- Any member of the party not behave in such manner, the Ivy Villas representative may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest or guests to vacate any of our premises forthwith without paying refund.
- The whole Place is a non-smoking area, except the Terrace, Lawn, Balconies and car park areas, It is strictly forbidden to throw any cigarettes, cigars; lighters or other things, except on devices like ashtrays, after having put out the fire with water. It is specially forbidden to throw anything outside the handrails of the terraces or in the garden.
- No music after 1O pm. Please no outside speakers allowed. No Party. No loud music.
- An Act of God is a natural disaster, Heavy Rain, under which a bunch of perils such as cyclone or earthquake are put together. In that Ivy-Villas will not be held responsible for the same and no refund shall be made.
- In case of Power failure / AC / Wi-Fi / any changes on government Norms or any other equipment not working due outage or technical issue, Ivy Villas shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund shall be made.
