What is the check in and check out timings?

Check in timing - 2 PM onwards and Check out - Sharp 11 AM.

Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the apartment, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.

What are the Amenities?

The apartment features beautiful interiors, complemented by modern amenities such as a Smart TV, washing machine, gas cooktop, water purifier, and high-speed internet.

What is your Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy?

Our standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am.

We'd be happy to offer you a complimentary early check-in by 1 pm, provided there's no booking at the apartment for the previous night. Please confirm with us a day prior before the check-in.

It is at the discretion of Ivy Villas, whether to offer early check-in or late check-out.

What are the Food arrangement and details about Kitchen

We have a kitchen which has induction, a microwave and fridge.

You can make Tea, coffee, Maggie, eggs in the kitchen as per your convenience. We also have crockery and cutlery.

There are restaurants in the area and some of these deliver food at the apartment. You can also try Zomato and Swiggy for food delivery.

Reservation Policy

Check-In time is 2 pm and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
Security deposit (Cash only)- 3000/- for families and stags. You will need to fill out a form and upload the ID of all the persons Staying (Security deposit will be refunded after inspection of the entire apartment. Normally the deposit is refunded within 3 to 6 hours after check out)
A form needs to be filled up for smooth check-in (If the form is not filled check-in will take time). The link will be shared with you once the booking is confirmed.
Music is not allowed
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 8 PM.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
No parties or events. No drugs.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people.
If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. early Check-out and Check out can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and would be chargeable by us directly.
Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
All rates are subject to an additional 12% GST.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours before check in date will be free minus payment processing charges.
No shows and cancellations made 0 to 72 hours in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 10% of the Entire booking amount or Rs. 1000 (Whichever is higher) as payment processing charges.
Any refund will take at least 1 to 7 days to process.
