What is the check in and check out timings?

Check in timing - 2 PM onwards and Check out - Sharp 11 AM.

Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the apartment, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.

What are the Amenities?

The Studios features beautiful interiors, complemented by modern amenities such as a Smart TV, Wifi, Induction cooktop, Microwave, Fridge and Parking

What is your Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy?

Our standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am.

We'd be happy to offer you a complimentary early check-in by 1 pm, provided there's no booking for the previous night. Please confirm with us a day prior to the check-in.

It is at the discretion of Ivy Villas, whether to offer early check-in or late check-out.

What are the Food arrangement and details about Kitchen

We have a kitchen which has induction, a microwave and fridge.

You can make Tea, coffee, Maggie, etc in the kitchen as per your convenience. We also have crockery and cutlery.

There are restaurants in the vicinity where you can dine in also they deliver food at the Studio.

Does the Rooms has AC

Yes. The Studio has Air conditioning.

How far it is from the Railway station and Market

Ivy Bliss Pool Studios in Karjat is conveniently located approximately:

20 km from Neral Railway Station (a 40-45 minute drive, depending on traffic).
24 km from Karjat Railway Station (a 40-45 minute drive, depending on traffic).
8 km from the Kashele Market (a 15-minute drive).

This proximity ensures easy access to transportation, making your stay comfortable and hassle-free.

Policies

Reservation Policies – Ivy Villa

Check-In & Check-Out:
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  If these times don’t suit your travel plans, please inform us in advance. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and will be chargeable.
Security Deposit (Cash Only):
- ₹2,000 for families
- ₹5,000 for stags
- One original government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- The deposit will be refunded at check-out after inspection of the villa.
Changes & Cancellations:
- Cancellations or alterations are accepted, but we require at least 7 days’ prior notice.
- Please refer to our Cancellation/Amendment Policy for full details.
ID Requirement:
- All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID and address proof for check-in.
Reservation Integrity:
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of fraud, inappropriate activity, or clear errors in the reservation details.
Taxes:
- All rates are subject to 12% or 18% GST, as applicable based on the booking amount.

Cancellation Policy – Ivy Villas

Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund minus payment processing charges.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
Amendments:
All date or booking amendments will be treated as cancellations and rebookings, and the same policy will apply.
Refund Deductions:
In case of a full refund, a deduction of 10% or ₹1000 (whichever is higher) will be made as payment processing charges.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 1 to 7 working days.

Note: While the above are our standard cancellation terms, we always strive to accommodate genuine cases and will make our best efforts to minimize or waive charges wherever possible.
