What is the check in and check out timings?

Check in timing - 2 PM onwards and Check out - Sharp 11 AM.

Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the apartment, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.

What is your Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy?

Our standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am.

We'd be happy to offer you a complimentary early check-in by 1 pm, provided there's no booking for the previous night. Please confirm with us a day prior to the check-in.

It is at the discretion of Ivy Villas, whether to offer early check-in or late check-out.

What are the Food arrangement and details about Kitchen

We have a kitchen which has induction, a microwave and fridge.

You can make Tea, coffee, Maggie, etc in the kitchen as per your convenience. We also have crockery and cutlery.

There are restaurants in the vicinity where you can dine in also they deliver food at the Studio.

Does the Rooms has AC

Yes. The Studio has Air conditioning.

How far it is from the Railway station and Market

Ivy Bliss Pool Studios in Karjat is conveniently located approximately:

20 km from Neral Railway Station (a 40-45 minute drive, depending on traffic).
24 km from Karjat Railway Station (a 40-45 minute drive, depending on traffic).
8 km from the Kashele Market (a 15-minute drive).

This proximity ensures easy access to transportation, making your stay comfortable and hassle-free.

Policies

Reservation Policy

Check-In time is 2 pm and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. early Check in and Check out can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and would be chargeable by us directly.
Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
All rates are subject to additional 12% GST.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours before check in date will be free minus payment processing charges.
No shows and cancellations made 0 to 72 hours in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 10% or Rs. 500 (Whichever is higher) as payment processing charges.
Any refund will take at least 1 to 7 days to process.

Note : Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive / minimize the cancellation charges.
